Locum CRNA – Multispecialty OR | EPIC
Start Date: November 17, 2025
Assignment Duration: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + On Call Required

Schedule:
Day shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Primary call every 3rd weeknight and 4th weekend
Call hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Call response time: 30 minutes
Rotation: 3 weeks on, 1 week off (ongoing)
13 weeks off annually
Specific coverage dates needed: Oct 10; Nov 5-6, Nov 25-27; Dec 4, Dec 22-25, Dec 29-31

Practice Details:
Facility Type: Hospital
Case Volume: ~3,000 cases annually
Case Mix: General surgery, endoscopy, obstetrics (~450 deliveries), orthopedics (some spine), urology, gynecology, podiatry, cardiac (~380/year including cath lab & TEE)
Number of ORs: 4
Number of CV rooms: 1
Providers per day: 4 (3 CRNAs + 1 MD)
EMR: EPIC

Team Model:
MDs: Pre-op evaluations, managing boards, PACU support, second call coverage
CRNAs: Room coverage during day, first call coverage

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required (No Board Eligible)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Licensure: Must be licensed or able to quickly obtain licensure
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
Caselogs required (proof of spinals, epidurals, blocks)
Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
