Region: Central South Carolina – hospital-based assignment

Details:
- Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
- Contract length: 6 months
- Schedule: 5x8hr shifts, Monday through Friday
- Medical direction model with general anesthesia cases
- Patient population includes pediatrics through adults (up to age 18 and beyond)
- Daily volume: 15–30 patients
- Hospital bed size: 283
- Practice setting: hospital
- No OB, neuro, or cardiac cases
- Skills required: bread and butter general anesthesia
- EMR: Epic

Requirements:
- Board certified CRNA
- Active South Carolina license required at time of submission
- Will not license candidates
- NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Clean malpractice history required

Important Notes:
- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days with active SC license
- Rate is all-inclusive and may vary depending on provider’s distance from the facility
