Practice Setting



Inpatient surgical services
Multiple hospital sites: Columbia Downtown, Northeast, Kershaw, Florence, Black River, and Marion
Must be flexible to rotate based on need (within 60-mile radius)
EPIC charting

Schedule

Summer start for 90 days (likely to extend)
4x10s or 5x8s preferred
Cross-credentialing across multiple locations required

Procedures and Cases

General anesthesia, neuro and spine, orthopedics, ENT, GYN, oncology, urology
No OB, no blocks, no hearts
Average 5 cases per day
Adult patients only (18+)

Requirements

Board-certified CRNA
Active South Carolina license (no license wait)
ACLS and BLS certifications
Minimum 36 months experience
Must be comfortable rotating between facilities

Credentialing and Travel

Credentialing: ~60 days (temps available for clean backgrounds)
One round-trip flight/month may be considered for long-term commitments
