Job description

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, four days per week)
Call Requirement: Home call once per week
Assignment Length: Ongoing

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced CRNA to provide full-time anesthesia coverage for a steady caseload of routine surgical procedures. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and limited home call rotation.

Case Mix:
Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases, including:
General surgery
OB/GYN
ENT
Orthopedics

Work Environment:
Support Staff: 1 Anesthesia Tech
Department Size: 6 providers
Average Weekly Volume: ~200 patients
Patient Age Range: 15–100
EMR: Epic
Equipment: Standard anesthesia equipment

Requirements:
NBCRNA certification (required)
Active South Carolina state license (required)
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
DEA and CSR required
Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience
Vaccinations required per facility policy
IMLC not accepted
Not open to licensing
Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days (expedited for clean files)
