CRNA needed in Kingsport, TN! $240/hour + Travel and Lodging! Willing to license

Job description

• Coverage needed per month: 2 weeks per month, ideally full time
• Frequency of any Call needed: NO CALL
• Schedule Details: 5x 10hr shifts per week is ideal and can offer 50 guaranteed hours. 8hr, 10hr and 12hr shifts.
Work Details:
• Support staff: 4:1 medical direction
• Department Description: bread and butter cases; no cardiac or OB - they have their own teams for those.
• Patient Volume: varies
• Patient Age Group: adults only
• EMR/Documentation System: TBD
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: NBCRNA
• State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: TN
• Certifications Req’d?: ACLS/BLS
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Are vaccines mandatory?: TBD
• Additional requirements/details to screen for?: must send name clear with NPI
Privileging Timeframe: 45 days
