• Dates: September–January
• Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s | Will take 2 weeks/month up to FT
• Rate: $225/hr + T&L
• Cases: Orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, ENT; may also cover GI or EP lab; no hearts, OB, or peds
• Model: MD supervision, typical ratio 5:1
• Facility Size: 30 ORs (incl. 3 CV rooms, 1 hybrid room, EP lab, cysto/ESWL, L&D suites)
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: Avg 60 days (faster with clean background & active TN license)
