Contract Length: 6 months (11/3/2025 – 5/3/2026)
Shifts: Choice of 4x10s, 5x8s, or 3x12s
Schedule: No call, no weekends
Case Types: Neuro, spine, lungs, vascular, general, ortho, plastics, women’s cases, and some peds (no sick peds or neonates). No transplants.
Model: Medical Direction
Volume: Large hospital setting with 80+ ORs
EMR: Meditech/Medaxion
Requirements: Active TN license; clean file for expedited credentialing
