📍 Location: Tennessee
🗓 Start Date: Flexible
📄 Contract Type: Locum Tenens (Ongoing)
⏳ Credentialing Timeframe: ~60 Days
🗂️ IMLC Accepted | Willing to license

📅 Schedule & Shift Details:
✅ Coverage Needed: At least 2 weeks/month – ideally full-time
🕙 Ideal Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts/week (with flex day off)
Option for 5x10s may be available
📞 Call: Not required, but appreciated

👶 No sick peds / No open hearts
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Support Ratio: 4:1 medical direction
👨‍⚕️ Patient Age: Adults only
📈 Volume: Varies
💻 EMR: Epic (Required)

🎓 Certification:
NBCRNA – Required
ACLS & BLS – Required
💊 DEA: Required
📜 License: Active TN license or IMLC-eligible
📆 Experience: Minimum 2 years
🧾 Must provide clean name + NPI for submittal
