Start: ASAP after credentialing
Length: 6 months
Schedule: 8s or 10s, full-time or part-time
No call | No weekends
Medical Direction
EMR: Medaxion
$2,000/month bonus for working 144+ hours/month (first 6 months)

Cases:
Neuro, spine, thoracic, vascular, general, ortho, plastics, healthy peds, and women's services. No blocks. No transplants or cardiac pump cases.

Requirements:
Active TN license
1+ year of CRNA experience
Clean malpractice/NPDB history
