CRNA Needed in Fort Worth, TX

Job description

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Start Date: May/June 2025 - ongoing
Work Schedule: 40-hr workweek. Preference for 2x8s and 2x12s, but open to 4x10s and 5x8s
Call: No call, no weekends
Cases: All case types, including Spinals/Epidurals (No OB; OB team in place)
Patient Age Group: Adult/Geriatric
Anesthesia Model: Medical Direction
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days (possibly sooner)
Pay Rate: $183.75/hr + T&L (up to $2500/month with receipts)
