CRNA assignment in South Texas

Job description

CRNA Locum Opportunity 1 hour outside of Austin and San Antonio

Position Details
Start Date: Between August 1st – 16th; open to later dates
Ongoing
Length of Commitment: 3 – 6 months, potentially longer
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm

Coverage:
Call required, including weeknights and weekends
Weeknight call: 3:30 pm – 6:30 am
Weekend call: 24-hour shifts
24/7/365 coverage needed with 30-minute callback response time
Room in-hospital available for CRNA

Case Types & Workload:
Orthopedics, OB, Epidurals, Scopes (Upper/Lower GI), and upcoming spine cases
Higher case volume on Fridays (Endo)
CRNAs work independently

Requirements
Must have 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA
OB case logs required
Ability to work independently (no supervision needed)
Active Texas license required
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: within 30 days; temporary privileges can be granted

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $225 + mileage & lodging
OT/Callback: +$50
Weeknight Call: $500
Weekend Call: $1,000
Covered medical malpractice insurance
