$250 CRNA - Texas

Job description

Assignment Details:
Location: Texas
Dates: October 27, 2025 – May 1, 2026 (minimum 3-month commitment; option to extend 6+ months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5x8s)
Coverage: Full-time preferred; can consider 2 weeks per month with another CRNA pairing

Call:
Weekdays: 1 CRNA on independent call + 1 MD on CV call (5 PM – 7 AM)
Weekends/Holidays: 24-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 AM) – 1 CRNA on main OR call + 1 MD on CV call
Practice Model: Care Team (1 MD to 4 CRNAs; additional MD covers 1 room solo)
ORs: 5 daily
Case Types: Endoscopy, ENT, general, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, urology, thoracic (20 cases/year), major vascular (60/year), CABG (40/year)
Annual Case Volume: ~5,400

Requirements:
Active Texas license
Board Certified CRNA
ACLS, BLS, PALS (to be confirmed by client)

Compensation:
$250/hour (all-inclusive preferred, but flexible due to urgent need)
