CRNA Needed in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas Metro Area
Job description
A large hospital in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area is seeking an experienced CRNA for an ongoing six-month locum tenens assignment.
The facility prefers approximately 40 hours per week but may consider candidates who can provide at least 36 hours per week. Tuesday through Friday availability is preferred, and the client is flexible regarding shift arrangements.
The CRNA will primarily provide anesthesia for gastroenterology and interventional radiology procedures, with occasional coverage for routine operating room cases such as colorectal and gynecologic oncology procedures. Candidates must be comfortable performing blocks, spinal anesthesia and epidurals.
The facility operates under a medical-direction model with a large anesthesia team and approximately 30–40 operating rooms. Epic is used for electronic medical records.
Candidates must hold an active Texas license and current BLS certification. New graduates cannot be considered. Credentialing is expected to take approximately 90–120 days.
