Dates: November - Ongoing

Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days but practice will request temps for November start

Length of contract: 6 months

Shift: 4x10 or 5x10 option (5x10 is ideal) weekly coverage. No call. No weekend.

Types of cases: General surgery, Gyn, orthopedics, plastic, urology, GI, radiology

Medical Direction

EMR: Meditech

Other: Active TX license, BLS and ACLS. Must be comfortable working in a mixed CAA/CRNA site.
