Contract Length: 6 with option for extension

July 6 - 10, July 20 - 24
July 27 - 31, August 3-14
August 17 - 21, August 24 - 28
August 31 - September 4
September 21 - 25
September 28 - October 2
October 5 - 9, October 12 - 16
October 19 - 23, Nov 23 - 27
December 7 - 11
December 14 - 18
December 28 - 31
7a -3p/ Call hours: 3p - 7a, Late Room 7a - 5p
Call Scheduled: Approx. 1 per week
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Case Types: Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics
Spinals, blocks, epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Certifications:
• ACLS (Must be through the AHA)
• BLS
• PALS
Skills Required: must be proficient in blocks, spinals and epidurals
Special Notes or Stipulations Regarding Site: 60% medical supervision, 380 deliveries/year with C-sections and VBACS, average 67% callback.
Level 3 Trauma Center
Please note we will be doing an 8 hr/day guarantee at this site, with OT after 8 hrs.
DEA REQUIRED

VT License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
