Job description

Location: Hampton, VA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 12 weeks with potential extension
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday (Friday closed)
Call: No in-house, weeknight, or weekend call required
Cases: General anesthesia, primarily ophthalmology (cataracts)
Anesthesia Model: Supervised (CRNA to MD ratio: 3:1)
EMR: ICARE/EPIC (onsite EMR training provided)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $195/hr + stipends
Car Allowance: $225/week
Lodging Stipend: $107/day

Licensing: Active VA license (or willing to obtain)
Certifications: Board Certification, ACLS, BLS
Experience: Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Other: Must meet AANA certification or recertification requirements
