Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for a 6-month contract in Western Virginia. This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule, no call, and no weekends. With a broad case mix and a supportive anesthesia care team model, this is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs of all experience levels, including recent graduates.

Assignment Details
• Dates: October 2025 – March 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–3p

Case Mix
• General Surgery, Endoscopy, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Spine, Robotics, Urology, OB, Cath Lab, IR Lab
• DaVinci robotics, total joints, breast, plastics, pain management, ENT, pediatric dental, L&D coverage
• No cardiac, epidural, or peripheral nerve block experience required
• Spinal experience preferred but not required
• Average 25–35 OR cases per day
• Level II trauma center in process

Practice Model
• Medical direction with anesthesiologists
• CRNAs primarily in main/general ORs
• Hospital: 11 ORs + 2 cardiac ORs
• Support staff: RNs, Certified Surgical Technologists, Licensed Surgical Assistants (no APPs except in physician practices)
• EMR: None (paper charting)

Requirements
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (NBCRNA)
• Virginia state license
• Experience: recent graduates accepted
