Locum Tenens CRNA – Virginia – Full-Time – Competitive Rates

Job description

We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time locum opportunity in Virginia. This role offers a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, and strong support from the anesthesia team.

Position Details:
Start Date: December 2025
Schedule: 4x10s (7a–5p), full-time required
Call: 1 shift per 8-week schedule (night or weekend)

Guaranteed Hours: 40–60 per week
Case Mix: All cases except transplants – Hearts, Thoracic, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, Healthy Peds Dental/ENT, Vascular, etc.
Procedures: CRNAs perform own spinals and epidurals (no blocks)
Supervision: 4:1 model
Travel: Covered (with restrictions – inquire for details)

Compensation:
Pay Range: $215–$230/hr.
Call Rates: $500/night, $1,000/24hr, $400 weekend day
Holiday Pay: 1.5x hourly

Requirements:
Active VA License (must be in hand or in process at submittal)
NBCRNA certified
BLS (AHA required) – ACLS/PALS preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience
Proficiency in spinals and epidurals, OB and thoracic experience required, peds preferred
Ability to float between hospital and ASC settings

Highlights:
