New Opportunity Located in Southeast VA with Aya Locums: CRNA

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA to support a fast-paced Level I trauma system in southeast Virginia. This is a 12-month assignment with flexible shift lengths, cross-site coverage, and a fully supervised care team model.

Assignment Details
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Schedule: Minimum 1 day per week
• Shift Options: 8s, 10s, or 12s
• Call: Must be open to beeper call
• Start: As soon as credentialed

Work Details
• Support Staff: Supervised care team model (1:4)
• Cases Include: Large vascular, neuro, high-risk OB/GYN, ortho, general, thoracic
• Cases NOT Required: Peds, hearts
• CRNA Tasks: Administer own drugs; place epidurals, spinals, arterial lines

Practice Setting
• Hospital (three sites)

Requirements
• Certification: Must be a certified CRNA
• License: Active VA license required
• DEA: Not required
• Experience: Must have Level I trauma experience
