Job description

Aya Locums is seeking multiple CRNAs for locum coverage in Norfolk, Virginia.
Start Date: January 5, 2026 (ASAP preferred)
Contract Length: Through end of 2026
Schedule:

Shifts: 8s, 10s, or 12s
Flexible coverage: as little as 1 week per month accepted
Call: Must be open to occasional beeper call (max 1–2 shifts/month; likely none)

Practice Details:

Level 1 Trauma experience required
Fast-paced environment across 3 locations (1 Level 1 Trauma, 2 community hospitals)
Care team model: 1:4 supervision
EMR: Epic
Cases include: Vascular, Neuro, High-Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic
CRNAs perform own drug administration and place epidurals, spinals, and arterial lines
No Peds or Hearts required

Requirements:

VA license or compact (facility will license)
Minimum experience: Level 1 trauma exposure
COVID vaccination not required (exemption form needed if applicable)

Credentialing can be expedited in 30–45 days.
