Washington State (1.5 hrs north of Seattle) CRNA - Full time

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a full time CRNA for a operating room setting in Washington state just 1.5 hours north of Seattle, Washington.

Start Date: 9/29/25
Shift Details:6:45a-3:30p Mon-Fri w/some call about every 5-6 weekends. Those on call get day off or first person out after taking weekend call. Do full call on weekends, holidays, nights.

General anesthesia, spinal and epidurals, including thoracic and lumbar. Regional anesthesia and p nerve blocks. IV sedation, MAC. Ortho, total joints knee and hip, fractures, shoulder including total shoulder replacements. General anesthesia, laparotomies, hernia repairs, and laparoscopic procedures. Urology, OBGYN, lap hysterectomies, plastics including breast reductions, not augs, hand cases, mohs repair. Cardioversions no hearts. Outside of the OR, central lines, pic lines, midlines, intubations in ED and ICU.

Scope (types of services):
•3 OR suites, 1 Endo suite
•Services: General surgery, OBGYN including c-section, Urology, Ortho, Derm, Endoscopy, Plastics/Hand surgeries
•Run 3 surgical lines a day w. 7 -12 surgeries/patients a day; 230 cases/month
•10-hour operation
•Only do urgent or emergent surgeries after hours.
•Turn-around time between cases is high (x2 national standard)
•Same day cancellation rate higher than national standards
•Will be adding 2 more ORs with the ambulatory surgery center
