Job description

We're seeking an experienced CRNA to join a collaborative and high-performing surgical team in Washington State. This opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:45 AM–3:30 PM) with shared weekend call every 5–6 weekends. The team is supportive and flexible—those taking weekend call get a post-call day off or early release. Licensing assistance is available for the right candidate.

⭐ Position Highlights:
Willing to License + Flexible Schedule: Monday–Friday hours with supportive call rotation and built-in post-call recovery.

Diverse, Hands-On Case Mix: General, regional, spinal/epidurals, ortho, OB/GYN, plastics, urology, and more. Procedures include lines, intubations (ICU/ED), and cardioversions (no hearts).

High-Volume Practice with Growth: 230+ cases/month across 3 ORs and 1 endo suite—expanding with 2 more ORs via new ASC.

🧠 Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
👥 Current Team: 5 providers (4.8 FTE) + 2 per diems; 3 CRNAs onsite per shift
🏥 Setting: Inpatient; urgent/emergent surgeries only after hours
🛫 Nearest Airport: Regional options available – travel covered
