CRNA Need ASAP
Critical Access Hospital
Schedule: Monday - Friday 0645-1530, with some flexibility
Weekend call. Every 5-6 weekends.

Population: Adolescents - Geriatrics
3 CRNAs on site at all times/shifts

General anesthesia, spinal and epidurals, including thoracic and lumbar. Regional anesthesia and p nerve blocks. IV sedation, MAC. Ortho, total joints knee and hip, fractures, shoulder including total shoulder replacements. General anesthesia, laparotomies, hernia repairs, and laparoscopic procedures. Urology, OBGYN, lap hysterectomies, plastics including breast reductions, not augs, hand cases, mohs repair. Cardioversions no hearts. Outside of the OR, central lines, pic lines, midlines, intubations in ED and ICU.

•3 OR suites, 1 Endo suite
•Services: General surgery, OBGYN including c-section, Urology, Ortho, Derm, Endoscopy, Plastics/Hand surgeries
•Run 3 surgical lines a day w. 7 -12 surgeries/patients a day; 230 cases/month
•10-hour operation
•Only do urgent or emergent surgeries after hours.
