**Days, nights and weekends
12-hour shift, 7pm - 7am (night shifts)

Shift Schedule: Variable depends on gap in coverage. We have 8h, 10h & 12h day/night shifts. 12h shifts on Weekends & Holidays.
For Day shifts 10hr shifts is preferred
Nights/Weekends are Heavily needed
Call Schedule: CRNAs do not have call, all shifts are staffed at the hospital.

Weekend coverage:
Sat & Sun (Holidays too)
x2 rooms at 12hrs each for day
x1 OB 12hrs day shift
x1 12hrs night shift
***Looking for full time but willing to accept 2 weeks per month at a minimum
***For day shifts (strong preference is 10hr shifts
***Night & weekends are heavily needed

Case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no Computed Topography or Neuro).

The following types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Cardiac, Complete ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
**Not doing: Complex vascular, head spine, neuro

Average cases per day: 40-45 general anesthetic cases per day overall, 3-4 cases per day per CRNA
Medically supervised, care team model.
CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department
4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center
2 GI treatment rooms
1 Bronchoscopy room and 1 Cath lab

No new grads

Credentialing Timeframe- ~60 days

• No call
