In Home Health Assessment Physician Locum Opportunity – West Virginia

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Flexible – Short-Term or Long-Term (Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Contract, Travel, Temporary, or Seasonal)
Schedule & Shift Details:
• Flexible scheduling, Monday–Sunday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• No nights or weekends required
Work Details:
• Average 6–9 in-home visits per day
• Pre-scheduled health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
• Evaluations include: medication review, medical history, and physical exam
• No prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans
• Pre-populated, patient-specific forms provided
• Great option for supplemental income or flexible work-life balance
Practice Setting: Home Health
Travel & Logistics:
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (eligibility-based)
• $40/day gas stipend provided
Requirements:
• Board Certified Physician
• Active State Medical License
• Master’s Degree required
Credentialing Timeframe: 7 days to 2–3 weeks
