Job description

CRNA needed in WY:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months & ongoing
Schedule: 40 hours per week; 4 10 hour shifts
Work details: Ortho, Gen, ENT, Urology (no head, heart, vascular)

WY License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days but can expedite
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
