Full-time CRNA opportunity in Douglas, Wyoming, at a small rural hospital with an independent practice model. Flexible 3-month contract with option to extend. Ideal for providers seeking autonomy, variety, and balance.

Key Details:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts OR 40 hours/week
• 3-month assignment with option to extend
• Independent practice setting (LIP) | CRNAs work autonomously
• 4 ORs in Douglas + 4 in Casper
• Cases: general surgery, ortho, spine, neuro, plastics, eyes; OB optional
• Support staff: 1 MD, 1 RN
• EMR: Meditech
• WY license required (IMLC accepted) | DEA required | Board Certified CRNA
• Open to new grads with clean NPDB | Credentialing ~30 days, temps available
