Job description

We are seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage at a small rural hospital in WY. This is a great opportunity for CRNAs who enjoy autonomous practice in a supportive environment with a diverse case mix.

Start Date: 12/01/2025 | 3-Month Contract (Option to Extend

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)

Coverage: 1–2 weeks per month

Practice & Work Details

Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 RN

Practice Model: CRNAs operate independently in Wyoming; Licensed Independent Providers (LIPs)

Department: Small rural hospital

Case Types: General Surgery, Spine, Eyes, Plastics, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery; OB cases optional

Patients per Day: Varies

Requirements

Certification: Board-Certified CRNA

Licensure: Wyoming license required (willing to assist with licensing; IMLC accepted)

DEA: Required

Experience: Open to new graduates

Credentialing: ~30 days; temporary privileges possible if clean NPDB
