Call responsibilities include first and second call coverage with 2 weekend call assignments during each 4-week rotation, supplemented by weekday call availability. The assignment operates on a 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off schedule with guaranteed 40-hour work weeks and Monday through Friday coverage.
