CRNA needed for PRN coverage at fast-paced Flagstaff, AZ hospital.

Must be able to cover at least 5 of the following dates:

12/5 7a-7p
12/8 3p-11p
12/9 3p-11p
12/10 3p-11p
12/11 3p-11p
12/12 3p-11p
12/15 7a-7p
12/16 7a-7p
12/17 7a-7p
12/20 7a-7p
12/21 7a-7p
12/22 3p-11p
12/23 3p-11p
12/24 3p-11p
12/26 3p-11p
12/29 7a-7p
12/30 7a-7p
12/31 7a-7p
1/2 7a-7p
1/5 7a-7p
1/6 7a-7p
1/10 7a-7p
1/11 7a-7p
Case types: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
Practice Setting: 317 Bed Hospital
Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
Absolutely must have hospital experience!

• Specific Shift Work
• Must be able to cover at least 5 shifts
• Msu have hospital experience!
