• Patient Population: Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal
• Number of Providers Needed: 2
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Paper Charting
• Skills Required:
o General Anesthesia
o Adult, Pediatric, and Neonatal cases
o Trauma
o Spinal, Epidural, and Regional Anesthesia
o Obstetrical, Neurosurgical, and Thoracic cases
o Complex Orthopedic
o Post-op Epidurals and Extremity Blocks
o Ventilator Management
Practice Setting
• Inpatient and Outpatient
Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• Licensure: Active Alaska license or already in process
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45 days
