• Location: 2 hours North of Phoenix
• Start date: Mid-May
• Length of Commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 7:00am-7:00pm
• Current Open Shifts: Week of
o 5/12: Monday-Thursday
o 5/19: Monday-Thursday
o 5/26: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
o 6/2: Monday-Thursday
o 6/23: Monday-Thursday
o 6/30: Monday-Thursday
o 7/21: Monday-Thursday
o 8/18: Monday-Thursday
• Support Staff: CRNAs
• Patients per day: 50-60
• Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
• Special Procedures: will NOT medically direct CRNAs
• Practice Setting: Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Required: Board Certified, Active AZ license or IMLC, ACLS, PALS
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
