Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Start Date: May 2025
Shift Schedule: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Shift Dates:
May 12-15, 19-22, 26-30, and 26-31
June 2-6, 23-26, June 30-July 3
August 18-21
Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo
Patients per Day: 50-60
Practice Setting: Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Must be Board Certified or Eligible
ACLS and PALS Required
Active AZ License (Willing to Accept IMLC Candidates)
