Anesthesiology Locum Opportunity – Arizona
Start Date: May 12, 2025
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Contract Length: Based on dates below

Confirmed Dates:

May 12–15

May 26–30 (also listed as May 26–31)

June 2–6

June 23–26

Practice Details:

Setting: Hospital + Ambulatory Surgery Center

Volume: 50–60 patients/day

ORs: 11 hospital ORs, 2 in the ASC

Cases: Ortho, trauma, general, spine, neuro, cath lab, endo

EMR: Cerner + SaAnesthesia

CRNAs on staff – no medical direction required

OB covered by separate provider

Requirements:

BC/BE in Anesthesiology

AZ license or IMLC accepted

ACLS & PALS required

Credentialing: ~30 days

• Ongoing dates of coverage needed
• No call
• Willing to license
