CRNA Opportunity AZ

Schedule & Call:

Monday–Friday schedule (full-time only)

Minimum of 1 post-call day off per provider

Additional post-OB float days available

Case Mix:
Approximately 6,500 cases per year, including:

General, Orthopedic, and OB/GYN

ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, and Vascular

No nerve catheters; occasional blocks such as PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, and Cervical Plexus

Practice Details:

CRNA-only practice model

EMR: Cerner

Patient Population: Primarily adults (pediatric volume TBD)

Certifications Required:

ACLS

BLS

PALS

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $225/hr + Travel & Lodging

Travel & Lodging: Provided by client

Contract Details:

Initial 3-month assignment with option to extend

Preference for full-time, ongoing CRNAs
