• Coverage Type: hospital
• Schedule Details: May 27-30, June 2-6, 9-13, 23-27, July 7-11, 14-18, 21-25, 28-Aug 1, Aug dates pending. Call is 1:6-1:7 call.

• Support Staff: 10 MDs, 35 CRNAs.
• Patient Age Group: adult/geriatric
• Procedures: Required: TIVA, Inhalation, Fiberoptic airways, Lumen tube insertion, Bronchs, Endos, Arterial and central line placements, massive transfusion management, Neurosurgical – Spine, Total Joint, OB, Trauma, Cardiac, Vascular, Robotic, Interventional Cardiology, including OB . It’s almost completely supervision-90%.
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): Arkansas
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 day- temp. MUST HAVE CLEAN FILE.
Willing To License?: no

• Ongoing for 3 months or longer
• Scheduled hours + On Call required
