Dates Needed: June 2–6, 9–13, 23–27; July 7–11, 14–18, 21–25, July 28–August 1

Call: 1:6 to 1:7 rotation

Support Team: 10 MDs and 35 CRNAs

Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric

Case Types:

Required: TIVA, inhalation, fiberoptic airways, lumen tube insertions, bronchoscopies, endoscopies, arterial & central lines, massive transfusion management

Surgical: Neurosurgical (spine), total joints, trauma, OB, cardiac, vascular, robotic, interventional cardiology

Note: CV not required if provider can perform all other procedures

Model: 90% supervision

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

License: Active Arkansas license

Certifications: BLS & ACLS

DEA: Required

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days with a clean file (Temporary privileges available)
