Job description

Enjoy a steady weekday schedule, supportive CRNAs, and a quick-start block of coverage in a community hospital setting. This short assignment offers second-call responsibilities and daytime supervision of a skilled anesthesia team.

Opportunity Highlights
• Dates: ASAP
• Coverage: Scheduled hours + required second call
• Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, approx. 7a–3p
• Second call beginning Sunday evening through the following week
• Practice Mix: Day, night, and weekend coverage as needed
• Environment: Community hospital setting with full anesthesia services
• Support Team: Supervise 4 experienced CRNAs during daytime coverage
• Patient Population: All ages; standard inpatient & perioperative cases
• Skills Needed: Comfortable with bread-and-butter anesthesia

Work Details
• Supervise 4 CRNAs during daytime hours
• Second-call schedule from Sunday evening through the following week
• EMR: EPIC
• Quick-start environment (clean files required)

Requirements
• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Active Arkansas license
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• Must have a clean file due to expedited start
