Job description

Option 1:
Dates: Select dates in June, July, August, and September. (3-Month Contract, ongoing if desired)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10hr or 12hr shifts
Call: No Call!
Clinical Details:
• Facility: Acute Care Hospital (Brand new facility
• Case mix: General, Ortho, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Vascular, OB, and Peds
• EMR: EPIC
Travel Accommodations/ Amenities:
• Facility will cover travel and lodging

Option 2:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (26+ week contract)
Work Details:
• Support staff: CRNA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Patient population/age: adults and adolescents 13yo+
• Case mix: General b&b + Hospital OR coverage
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required: Regional skills strongly preferred not required
Requirements:
• Board Certification Required
• Must have CA State license and DEA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
