Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Shift Details: 4 x 10
Schedule: Full time, 4x10; total 16 shifts/month
Work Details:
• Support staff: CRNA
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time
• Patients per day: TBD
• Patient population/age: adults and adolescents 13yo+
• Department description: new, outpatient ambulatory surgery center. Services provided are: plastics, OHNS, Ortho, Urology, and Endoscopy.
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: TBD
• Special procedures: TBD
• Skills required: Regional skills strongly preferred not required
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required. Willing to consider truly board eligible especially if they’re fellowship trained.
• State license required: Yes, State of CA
• DEA: Yes, CA with Schedule 2/2n
• CSR: N/A

• Minimum experience required: Must have at least 2 years anesthesiology experience. Outpatient ambulatory surgery center exp preferred.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days

• 26 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
• Regional skills strongly preferred not required
