Anesthesiologist needed in California

Job description

Contract Length: 26+ weeks
Coverage Type: Full-Time

Work Details:

Support Staff: CRNA support available

Patient Population: Adolescents (13+) and adults

Setting: Hospital OR coverage—broad range of case types

EMR System: Epic

Procedures: Regional skills strongly preferred (not required)

Hospital Bed Size/Special Procedures: TBD

Patients Per Day: TBD

Practice Setting:

Inpatient – Hospital

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required; truly board-eligible considered, especially with fellowship training

Licensure: Active CA Medical License

DEA: Must have California DEA with Schedule II/II-N

Certifications: BLS & ACLS (must be AHA-approved)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of anesthesiology experience required

Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days

Interview Process: 1–2 rounds

• Long-term contract (26+ weeks) with full-time hours
• CRNA support and wide case variety in a hospital setting
• Open to board-eligible candidates with fellowship training
