Schedule Breakdown
• Weekday shifts vary between 8–12 hours
• Weekend options include:
 – Day shift (7a–7p, 12-hour guarantee)
 – 24-hour beeper call (remote)
 – 3p–11p swing shifts
• You’ll start with day shifts and transition to nights/call only once comfortable
• Call is always remote/beeper – no in-house call required

Case Mix & Clinical Scope
• ~Full-spectrum practice including:
 – General, trauma, OB, peds (all ages), neuro, thoracic, vascular
 – Epidurals, spinals, regional blocks
 – Central/arterial lines, vent management
 – Post-op pain management (extremity/epidural blocks)
• EMR: Epic

What You’ll Need
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active CA license (required)
• Comfortable with full-scope hospital cases
• Minimum credentialing: 90–120 days
