Assignment Details
• Employment Type: 1099
• Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only, no call
• Schedule: 5x10s; providers may work 4 or 5 days per week
• Hours: Minimum of 40 hours/week (shifts average 8–10 hours)
• Contract Length: 26 weeks with option to extend
• Start Date: November/December 2025
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

Practice Setting & Scope
• Case Types: General and occasional regional (no cardiac, liver, or neuro cases)
• Support Staff: CRNAs
• Patient Population: Adolescents (13+) and adults
• Setting: Hospital ORs and ambulatory surgery centers
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• Board Certification: ABA - BE/BC
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in anesthesiology, with recent tertiary care center experience
• Licensing: Active California medical license required
• DEA: California DEA with Schedule 2/2N required
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA required)
• Skills: Regional anesthesia skills strongly preferred
