🩺 Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Inpatient | Nights & Weekends | CA License Required | Epic EMR

We’re seeking two board-certified Anesthesiologists for a dynamic inpatient role with scheduled clinical hours plus call. This is a long-term opportunity starting November 1, 2025, with ongoing coverage needed. Ideal candidates are flexible, experienced, and comfortable with a wide range of cases—from general to complex surgical procedures.

📅 Schedule Overview:

Start Date: November 1, 2025

Coverage Blocks:

Nov: 1–14, 17–21, 24–26, 28

Dec: 1–5, 8–12, 15–18, 22–24, 27–28

Shifts: Weekday shifts vary (8–12 hrs); longest 7a–7p, shortest 3p–11p

Call: Beeper call; remote on weekends

Weekend Coverage:

Day 1: 7a–7p (12 hr guarantee)

Day 2: 7a–7a (24 hr, 2nd call)

Night: 7a–7a (24 hr, 3rd call day / 1st call night)

🌙 Night & Weekend Expectations:

Must be willing to work nights and weekends

Night shifts begin after initial onboarding with day shifts alongside other physicians

🏥 Clinical Details:

Setting: Inpatient, Trauma Level III

Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics

Support Staff: Yes

EMR: Epic

🛠 Required Skills:

General, adult, pediatric, trauma

Spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical

Neurosurgical, thoracic, complex vascular/orthopedic

Pain management, post-op blocks

Vent, central line, arterial line management

📋 Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

License: Active California license only

Credentialing: 90–120 days
