Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Pain Management Physician for an outpatient opportunity in Eureka, CA.

Schedule:
Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Scope:
Chronic Pain Management
Injections: Joint, Trigger Points, Blocks, Epidural, Facet (Fluoro-guided)
Electrical stimulation (preferred)

Practice Setting: Outpatient
Supervision: Independent
EMR: EPIC

Certifications Required:
Board Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Licensure:
Active California medical license
DEA license required
Not accepting IMLC
Operating Rooms: To be determined
