Job description

Anesthesiology locum opportunity in Orange, CA at a high-acuity Level I hospital available. This is a full-time assignment with flexible shift options.

Schedule:
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (12s preferred)
• 40–50 hours per week
• No call
• Start: May 2026 (ASAP available)
• 3+ month assignment

Practice:
• Acute Care Hospital – Level I Trauma
• High-acuity patient population
• Medical direction model (supervising CRNAs)
• Case mix: ortho, gyn, general surgery, neuro, ENT, vascular, GI (no peds)
• Procedures include vent management, central lines, arterial lines, PA catheter
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Active CA license (licensing not available)
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Recent Level I or II trauma experience required
• Epic experience required

Credentialing:
• Temporary privileges available for early start
