Aya Locums is looking for a locums assignment with a great schedule and a supportive team? This community hospital offers diverse cases, flexible start dates, and a friendly environment in the scenic corner of Northeast Connecticut, just a short drive to the New England coast and major cities like Boston and NYC.

Position Details:
• Assignment Length: 13+ weeks
• Privileging: Approx. 30 days
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Case Mix:
• General, Ortho, OB
• Colorectal, Cataracts, Cystoscopy
• ENT, GYN, Podiatry, Thoracic
• GI, Pacemakers, TEE, Cardioversion

Practice Information:
• 5 anesthesia rooms
• Charting: iPro & paper and pen
• CRNA Supervision: Yes – MD:CRNA ratio 3:4
• MDs also perform their own cases
• Beeper call for MDs; CRNAs cover backup second call
• Friendly environment with a supportive anesthesia team

Schedule & Shifts:
• 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weeknight & Weekend Pager Call Required (In-house call not needed)
• Overtime expected
• No regular in-house call requirement

Licensing:
• Willing to license candidates
