- Facility Level/Type: Level 3 Trauma
- # of MDs Daily: 2–3
- # of CRNAs Daily: 6–7
- EMR: Cerner
- Practice Setting: Medical Direction
- Call: 1 in 4, home call, no extra call back rate, post-call day off (PCDO)
- Weekends/Holidays: 1 in 4, divided equally among 4 physicians
