Job description

Dates: ASAP (Credentialing could take up to 2-3 weeks)

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm

Call: No Call Responsibilities

Clinical Details:
• Facility: Acute Care Hospital - Level III Trauma
• Patient population/age: Adults Only
• Case mix : MUST be able to have the following skills— general, open heart anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, vent management, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, arterial line placement.
• EMR: Anescan
• Requirements/ Certifications Needed:
• Must live 60 miles outside of North Port, FL
• CSR **AL & NM only
• Active FL License & ACLS & BLS
• Board Certification: NBCRNA

• Car Rental, Airfare, and Lodging Included
