Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Start Date: March 24, 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Work Schedule: 7a-3p, 7a-5p + weekday in-house call (5p-7a) and in-house weekend coverage
Call: Yes (weekdays and weekends)
Cases: Ortho, General Surgery, Vascular, Eyes, Urology, Neuro, EP, Plastics, OBGYN, Thoracic, ENT, OMFS, Pain, GI
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (can get temporary privileges for clean, FL licensed clinicians in 2-3 weeks)
Care Team Model: 14 CRNAs, 6 MDs
Average Monthly Case Volume: 680 cases
Anesthesia Model: Care Team model
EMR: Envision

Active FL license required
Must have ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from American Heart Association

Must be willing to take call, work nights, and weekends (30 hours of coverage per week)
No FL providers – must be from out of state
